I hope you find you well this Friday morning or whenever it is, you haven't actually been listening

to this.

It is of course a week when there is no arsenal.

We have international football to keep us going, but you know, it's just not the same thing.

It's like if you're a heroin addict, for example, and someone said, instead of heroin

this weekend, I'm going to give you a milky way.

And you're thinking, no, I need to chase the dragon.

I need to get some of that golden brown.

Instead you're giving me a chocolatey treat with a fluffy inside that won't ruin my

appetite between meals.

It's just not the same thing.

However, however, we'll struggle on.

Coming up on this week's show, we've got Amy Lawrence who will be here to talk about

Sunderland and tactics and our team and why things aren't going the way we would hope

them to go.

So she'll be here in just a few minutes time to talk about all that as well as that.
