So hello and welcome to another RC Blog RCast. It is Friday. It is now only 8 days until the start of the brand new season.

Hear that? That's me just pissing my pants a little with the excitement. I swear to God, I can't wait for the football to start again.

It's going to be awesome. Coming up on this week's RCast, as I said, we'll be chatting away to Yogi's warrior from a cultured left foot.

I'm sure. So since the last RCast, what's been happening? Well, we had the Emirates tournament or the Emirates Cup last weekend.

We didn't win it. Neither did Juventus, nor Rail Madrid. Instead, it went to Hamburg.

But anyways, not really important. Not only a preseason tournament, we got a good look at some of the players.

We got some interesting insights into some of those players. We lost the first game against Juventus.

Juan Nell, it was an off-site goal by David Trezegay, who, if people think Adi Bior goes off-site a lot, they really haven't watched too much of Trezegay.

But the goal stood, and, you know, we couldn't get one back. Nevertheless, it was an interesting exercise.

We got to see some of our younger players. We saw the likes of Aaron Ramsey, Start, Karen Gibbs, Jack Wilshire, Carlos Vela as well.

It was, I suppose, what you would call the second team in there as well. We saw Simon or Nazari. He came on for his first home appearance.

So that was interesting. Jack Wilshire called the eye again, and we'll talk about him in a little bit.

I suppose one of the good things about that team that started, I suppose it's what you call our second 11.

And the good point about that was, was that a bouquet was in it.

So a bouquet is in our sort of second team now, and it looks as if the boss is thinking about Theo Walcott for the right-hand side of midfield to start the season.
