Hello and welcome to about my 10th attempt to introduce this week's

icecast on iceblock.com, in association with oleole.com, sometimes it all just flows very easily.

It just dribbles out of me like diarrhea, you know, when you sit down and it's like vomiting

out of your eyes, sometimes that's what it's like doing the icecast verbally, except

without the corn.

Other weeks it's not quite so easy, it takes a little bit of time to get these things

together and that's what's happening this week, so you'll have to bear with me if it's

that, if you hear lots of editing sounds and things like that, that's because there's

been lots of editing because I just, I'm, see, I don't have it in me tonight, you see, I'm

really tired, I was football training and things and I'm just too old for football training now.

I should be like Paul McGraw, no training, I just, I just play the matches, I think that would be

only fair, it would be fit my standing in the game, which is a person who doesn't really like

training very much, you see, anyway, on the way between now and the end of this week's

icecast, we have got for you a player history with the man in the bar, also a blood chat with

a brand new blood chatter, Yogi's warrior from a culture left foot, we go behind the scenes

that are meeting between journalists and some Russian guy, I have no idea who it might

be, and there's some other bits and pieces and waffle and all that kind of stuff as well.
