I hope you're well after what has been well not the best week of recent times.

Actually one of the worst weeks of recent times I'm talking very recent times and oh cool.

I was sitting here recording right now I've got a cup of coffee and a biscuit and I've eaten most of my biscuit.

Well I thought I'd eaten all of my biscuit but there's a significant I won't say crumb but enough of a chunk of a biscuit to make you think

oh that's just excellent to have that little bit left it's like a surprise so I've got that there but I won't eat it while we're talking because the sound of people eating is well it's despicable.

It's one of the reasons actually that I dislike going to the cinema so much and it's not because most films these days are completely and not early shit even though that is a

big part of it I have to say but it's the it's the eating sitting beside or behind or in front of or near somebody who is just jumping their way through

through stuff that's loud why can't they just sell soft food in the cinema like jellies chocolate no hard shell chocolate instead it's all

popcorn and nachos and crisps and crunchy things and that does my head in the sound of people eating is really really terrible.

Why can't people just have their dinner before they go to the cinema why do they have to have feasts of stuff anyway.

I won't inflict that on you because I am I'm very consider very consider a person particularly this week when everybody is a little bit more

down in the dumps than they were this time last week because this time last week we were on a fantastic run we were on top of the world kind of thinking it was all gravy and other nice

sources and stuff and instead on Monday night we got like what's a really horrible source.

I don't know some kind of cheap ketchup that comes in one of those dispensers that's a tomato with the little spout on the top of it you get in cafes and stuff that kind of ketchup

comes out it's not kind of really dark red and doesn't taste like ketchup should you know that kind of ketchup one of those that's what it is because we were hoping to go 11 games on beaten on Monday night when we face swansy instead

of being 11 games on beaten we're now one game beaten so I don't know if that's 10 or 11 worse than what we thought.

Could be 11 could be I'm not sure is one beaten offset by the 10 on beaten so it's only nine I'm not quite sure of the mathematics of the thing all I know is that it is either 9 10 or 11 worse than what we thought it was going to be and that's a significant amount of anything to be worse.

Now of course we've got to pick ourselves up ahead of a very very tricky game coming up this weekend away at old Trafford Manchester United we've got to refine our mojo that is indeed if our mojo was was actually lost.

Maybe it was just misled maybe just was a little bit under the weather poor little mojo so we have to see we've got to pick ourselves up and get ready if you know to kick some ass again this weekend.

Otherwise we'll have we'll have bad sources nobody needs bad sources so you know let's get let's get back on the Heinz ketchup here if we don't mind but we'll touch on that game between now and the end of the show so what else has been happening this we can't a huge amount because when you lose you know things go things go a little bit quiet from an arson news point of view but I have to say the Thomas from island story is particularly particularly amusing.

I don't know if you saw this but basically as is typical of many contracts there are performance based clauses in it so when you sell a player you say well pays this much and if he makes this many appearances you pay that much and then if you win this you pay so much and if you win this then you pay so much and apparently there is a clause in Thomas from island's contract to say that if Barcelona win the Champions League then arsol are due a further payment of fair.
