I hope you're well. It's been a pretty chill down week. You have to say which is

fairly inevitable after the way the football win last weekend. Not much to say is

there after a five-nil win achieved without your best player so far the season with

five different goalscores and your fourth clean sheet and five games. What can you do?

But go full all of our twist and say, please sir, can I have some more? And by some

I mean do that in every game between now and the end of May. And I think we'll all be

pretty happy. Of course there will be some people who will complain. That's just

the nature of some people, but in general if we could just you know keep winning and

stick with the not losing thing I'd be I'd be all right with that. It has been a

pretty uneventful week so we've got to do something a little bit different with

this week's podcast. It's going to feature an interview with a man who joined

Arsenal in the 70s made his debut in 1979 played over 160 games for the club

unfortunately had to retire quite early, but we got the story of John Devine who

was spotted by Arsenal Scouts in Ireland went on trial joined Arsenal in the 70s grew

up with the likes of David O'Leary Frank Stapleton Liam Brady among all the

other Irish guys that were there at the time. So we get the story of how that came to happen.

How was he spotted in Dublin? How did he make the move to Arsenal? What was it like?

How the club helped him? How the club treated him during his career? Why it ended so

early? And of course we touch on what he's doing now and his thoughts on the current

modern Arsenal. So that's all going to come between now and the end of the show.
