Summary

On this week's show I'm joined by @JonSpurling1 to talk about his book red letter days, as well as journalist @MiguelDelaney to look ahead to the game against United, the injuries that both teams face, and their respective struggles this season. As well as that we've got goodies to give away from our friends at Savile Rogue and all the usual waffle.

Which is, I say that no reflection on James whatsoever. I'm just saying that that was the RzCas Dextrids

is separating from the regular RzCas and we haven't had one of those since, well, before the interlull.

Because normally what happens is people just go bananas and mental and cross and get very frustrated for ages and that didn't seem to happen.

1:15.7

Almost as if people went, ah fuck it, I'll just do something else for a while.

1:21.7

And maybe that's good. Maybe that's a sign of a maturing fan base online that people are going and doing other things.

1:26.7

Maybe they've got hobbies and lives and children and pets and jobs and things that they can distract themselves with before it all rears its ugly head again.

1:36.7

This weekend against Manchester United. Yes, yes, Manchester United.

1:42.7

Used to be such a fantastic fierce, vicious, exciting stomach churning rivalry or used to just brilliant.

1:51.7

It was brilliant because they were very good and we were very good and we were big and strong and they were big and strong.

1:57.7

And we played brilliant football and also kicked a living shit out of each other as much as possible.

2:03.7

And sometimes that was great and sometimes it went against us. But still, but still.

2:08.7

To have that brilliant football with this undercurrent of aggression and perhaps violence was good.

2:15.7

I enjoyed it and I kind of missed it a little bit, but I don't think we're going to get that this weekend against Manchester United.

2:21.7

I think we've only won one of our last 14 games against them.

2:25.7

We've drawn three, one one and lost ten.

2:29.7

Which isn't a great record. You have to say overall.

2:33.7

And that one that we won if you remember was an Aaron Ramsey goal.
