Hello, welcome to another R's blog, R'scast, and this is tonight The Lade Back R'scast.

And I say tonight because I actually mean today but because this R'scast is so laid back

I'm not going to go back and edit that out.

That's just the way it's going to happen with this particular R'scast.

Not that my standards have become less exacting but I'm chilled out here.

Normally I sit up straight and tonight I'm leaning back in my chair, you can hear the

creek.

Oh yeah, that was my back by the way, I'm not the chair.

It's been a good week in terms of arsenal, on the pitch and off the pitch, on the pitch

of course, we go through to the fifth round of the FA Cup and we beat Everton.

Three points to take us higher into second place and keep pace a bit with Manchester United.

Off the pitch, we've all this SESC Fabregast stuff after David Moise comments and those are

things that we'll examine in greater detail between now and the end of the show and the

impact that they might have, certainly in a positive way for the club.

Despite the fact many of us got a bit well annoyed and we're going to help set about some

of the media coverage of what was essentially a great big storm and a teacup but I think

that is going to be a positive thing for our stall and we'll talk about that a bit more

later on.
