Sorry for the enforced absence last week.

Now that was due to circumstances beyond my control caused by things which were entirely

in my control.

Of course last week we were in Barcelona and the journey back on Thursday after two days

in Barcelona of rather, you wouldn't say heavy drinking but constant, consistent drinking.

I suppose you would say, I left me in rather poor shape.

I'm afraid my voice was gone and I just felt deeply unwell.

Not necessarily anything to do with the football but unwell like sick vomity because that's

the way I was on the plane.

I had to sit there for an hour on the plane trying my very best not to be sick everywhere

which would have been most unfair on the two girls who were asleep beside me and all the

other passengers of course.

So I decided I'd try and block out the sick feeling by listening to music so I'll put

my high pot on and every song I listened to rather than make the time go faster.

Each song was about 17 minutes long.

It was like the 80s remix of each song.

You know what they just played the song.

The way the song was remixed in the 80s they just played three minutes of the song and

then put in two and a half minutes of drums and then brought the song back in again and

put another two and a half minutes of drums at the end with maybe a little bit of percussion
