Let's start your morning with today's outlook on the Kansas City Chiefs. Here's what you need to know for Wednesday, November 3rd.

Yeah, we've been doing that. It just, we had more snap. He had more snaps in there on this and so it was just feeling better and getting the situation that was going on with the pass game part.

So, you know, not because it was the other, you know, but he's so effective in there.

The Kansas City Chiefs picked up the win over the New York Giants on Monday night football and Tuesday's NFL trade deadline brought news of the team acquiring defensive end.

Melvin Ingram from the Pittsburgh Steelers. It was reported last week the Chiefs had interest in Ingram who worked out for Kansas City during training camp, but the Steelers originally didn't want to move him to an AFC team.

Well, Pittsburgh must not have gotten many NFC offers because the Chiefs wound up getting the defensive end in exchange for a sixth round pick.

According to the cap gurus out there, the Chiefs will pay out just over $597,000 for Ingram who has still been effective when he's found the field this season.

He comes to Kansas City with the sack and 11 pressures in eight games just before the 3 p.m. trade deadline.

The Chiefs shipped guard Laurent Dubin a Tardiff to the New York Jets in exchange for tight end Dan Brown. Brown is mostly a special teams player,

but with the injury to tight end Jody Fortson, the Chiefs could use another body in that room.

While the Canadian doctor will always have fans here in Kansas City, the move does help the Chiefs shed nearly a million dollars in cap space that they can desperately use.

Particularly, I've been on the inside on passing downs. I've been on the outside on base or run downs, so that's typically been a thing this whole year.

It's just us getting teams to passing downs and being able to get the core down, I'm going to feel where I can get inside, you know.

So, you know, I think there's more so of these things to think, but, you know, I feel like I can be dominant inside and out.

The mayor of Sac Nation, Chris Jones, has looked more like himself over these past two games, even after revealing on Monday night that he torn ligaments in his wrist earlier this year.
