Chiefs said Coach Andy Reed made it clearer earlier this week that he gave his guys a true

week off for the week 12 by.

And why not?

Kansas City stands today at 7 and 4 atop the AFC West.

It's the most recurring topic when it comes to Big Red.

The numbers show us that you just don't want to play the head coach after the by-week.

Reed coach teams are 19 and 3 off a regular season by.

The week off is good for other reasons too.

The Chiefs are trying to make sure they are fully healthy for that January run, and it
