Hello and welcome to your Friday episode of the Arrowhead Drive. I'm Pete Sweeney. Let's start

your morning with today's Outlook on the Kansas City Chiefs. Here's what you need to know for

Friday, August 13th. As far as this game goes, we'll give the ones a quarter,

two, the second quarter, three, third quarter, four, the fourth quarter. So it's a practice

red Friday in the Chiefs kingdom with the Chiefs first preseason game action coming up

on Saturday night against the San Francisco 49ers. As you heard, Andy Reed confirmed we will see

the Chiefs starters on Saturday for at least some of the first quarter. The Chiefs will have to

make their first set of roster cuts by Tuesday, August 17th when the roster will go from 90 to

85. Let's note here that the Chiefs are still dealing with several injuries ahead of the game

on Saturday night, including one, two defensive and Frank Clark, who left Thursday's practice with

what the team is calling a hamstring issue. Let's go through what else you need to know. Here's

who's on the mend, meaning they did a little bit Thursday, but not everything. Linebacker Willie

Gay, who had been in the concussion protocol, defensive tackle Derek Naughty, who is dealing with

a hip flexor issue, defensive end Alex Okafor, who continues to work his way back from that hamstring,

and finally, right tackle Mike Remmers, who has been trying to come back from back spasms.
