1:14.4	A majority of state ratifying conventions focused on this point and demanded that one be added.
1:20.5	Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Virginia, and New York, all explicitly called for a Bill of Rights.
1:27.2	The Federalists in those states could only fight
1:30.1	to make them suggestions rather than mandatory in order to get the Constitution ratified.
