See what's on the minds of people in this room. Danielle, we're starting with you today. What's on your mind? So Monday, we came back from England, and as you know, there's a big time change time change like England is five hours ahead of us and it |

It messes with your mind. It does. It messes with your clock is messed with. It's nuts. Mine is too. There are people who get jet lagged just in the same time zone. Because if they're on vacation, their sleep times change as well. |
| 1:13.4 | Any little change can screw you up. So hang in there. Yeah. Gandhi, what's up with you today? |
| 1:18.6 | All right. Speaking of us all trying to stay off our phones and understanding you can use your phone |
| 1:23.4 | for stuff that isn't social media, Andrew has a little device. It's called a brick. And it's connected to an app. And when you tap your phone on this little brick, it will disable the things you want it to disable. And I think maybe we should all kind of take a look at this thing. Really? Yeah. And I went and I looked it up online. It's at getbrick. Dot app, which is kind of funny. Get brick. But if you just tap it, it says it's a physical device that temporarily removes distracting apps and their notifications from your phone designed for simplicity, no subscriptions, no complex setups, just more time for what matters. So you can decide to keep yourself locked out of all your social media and use your phone for all the other things. I think that's kind of cool. That's awesome. Okay, I mean, notifications aside, |
| 2:02.9 | let's say I want to a brick out of |

| 2:13.0 | but I think that those extra steps that you have to take to get around it |
| 2:16.7 | are going to stop you |
