Today we're going around the NFC.

I just had a lot of questions on my mind thinking,

hey, we should check in on a bunch of kind of the big topics,

the big characters in the NFC.

So we're going to do that with our friend from the ringer,

Deonté Lee. It's the old exercise, the Capati of 10. I got 10 questions. He picks a number. We go

to that question and we talk about it. So we got into a bunch of different things on this podcast.

We are back here on the Ringer NFL show with my friend Deontale. We've got 10 questions around the NFC, but Deontay, I don't want you to get too nervous that these are going to get thrown back in your face in October, November, because these are just check-ins. You know, how do we feel about certain things right now? Once we get to August, September, the preseason, and then those are the official ones, which you can just make fun of us until the end of time.

But these ones, this is just a check-in. So don't be too nervous about the exercise. Absolutely. I'm like the defensive tackle who goes home in the off-season and isn't training as often. You've got to play yourself into shape throughout training camp. This is me kind of taking my first few reps and hoping that nobody is paying too close of attention

because I'll be revved up and ready to go by the time we get to week one. I like that. So you'll be a little sore tomorrow, but you'll be happy you got through the first one. It only gets easier from here. I like that. Okay. So I went through the NFC. I tried to come up with questions for, I think we're going to hit on almost every team with these questions. I tried not to do too many on one team or two teams, but you know the deal. You pick a number one through 10. I go to that question. We talk about it. And I haven't given Deonte any heads up on any of these beforehand.

All right. Where are we starting, Deonte? Let's start with lucky number seven.

Lucky number seven. I'm scrolling down on my document here. Okay, Deontay, what is more likely?

The Seattle Seahawks get back to the Super Bowl or the Arizona Cardinals get the number one pick.

And just to kind of put you in my headspace here, I was coming up with these questions and I'm like, I got nothing on the Seahawks.

They're defending Super Bowl champions.

Like what do I ask Deontay about the Seahawks? So obviously the big thing is they change offensive coordinators. Clint Kubiak goes to Vegas. They bring in Brian Flurry to replace him, the 49ers run game coordinator. So that's the big change with the Seahawks. So I wanted to check in, see how confident you are that the Seahawks aren't going to miss a beat here and get back to the Super Bowl.
