1:16.3	having me. Thank you so much for being here. I am immensely looking forward to it and I've
1:21.9	just realized that our third letter could potentially solve our first letter because the first letter
1:27.4	is about dealing with somebody who's having a mental health crisis and the next letter is about
1:33.5	how to handle a colleague who is always armchair diagnosing people and I wonder if we can just get
1:37.7	that person involved in the first one. Tell everyone what their diagnosis is. Sort them all out.
1:42.5	I was solved the problem completely like magic with a wand. I love that. Okay, that's what we're
1:48.3	going to do. I think this is going to be great. Now on I'm going to be answering questions with an
