today's Peter Bookbar CIO of Bleakly Financial Group. Hi Peter, how are you?

Hi Maggie, how you doing? Good afternoon. I'm doing okay and so are the markets today. We have

kind of green arrows all around, pretty good looking gains for US equities. It seems like a successful

IPO of British chip maker arm helped the mood early on. What did you, what do you make of the

market action and what did you make of the debut? So I don't know what to make of the market today.

It is an exploration tomorrow, so there could be some influences there. While stocks rallied,

bonds interestingly sold off, so the 10-year yield now took 429, so I think that that is a bigger

picture of important things for everyone to keep their eye on. I think the arm,

sort of the, the lack of supply of new issuance and being in the right space and industry and

all the AI hype definitely helped out and also the salesmanship of soft bank. I don't extrapolate

that to the rest of the market because in my 30 years of doing this, it is a higher stock crisis

lead to more IPOs as opposed to more IPOs leading to higher stock prices. So I don't say that,

oh, this means the window for IPOs is opening and everything is fine because once the market

sells off again, then the IPO window gets shut again. So it was definitely an opening,

markets have hung in in the face of the rising interest rates, so it certainly was an opportunity.

But the only IPOs we've seen and we will see are the select few, the more the bigger companies

but even like Instacord, that IPO at least right now and the price talk is evaluation that's

much lower than what it was previously as a private company. Yeah, well, and that's a
