I've done two yoga classes in one.

And enjoyed them, but they were, I'll admit, they were harder than I expected.

I thought it was just going to be a bunch of laying around and stretching.

It's Boogie Monster related because there's a whole area of the wellness culture and holistic thinking that lends itself to conspiracy theories.

I've been listening to a lot of podcasts. There's one that's called indoctrination.

And the other one's called Conspirituality.

But they really cover how yoga and wellness culture can really start creating.

When people start thinking, oh, holistic medicine and yoga, which is a good thing.

And eating right and herbs, but then it can go into the essential oils.

I don't need medicine that turns into anti-vax.

And anti-vax leads to other anti-government sentiments.

It's kind of like this pipeline way of thinking into that.

But I didn't do that. It was just me and a bunch of old ladies today.
