So my first takeaway here from the game is a very simple one. Arizona confirmed what we know.

They are the toughest team in the Big 12. They are the most

consistent team in the Big 12. And even when there was a run that was being put together by Houston,

even when there were a couple of mistakes down the stretch by Arizona, you could not help but deny the reality that this team

was the most well-rounded, the most consistent, and the best team in the Big 12 conference.

Whether it was a clutch rebound, a big-time bucket, a big three-pointer, Arizona had a few

of those tonight, which is fairly unusual for Arizona basketball.

That's not exactly their strong suit.

That's not their game.

Whatever they needed, somebody to step up in the clutch, they were able to find that person and get it done.

And it wasn't just one person tonight for Arizona.

It was across the board.

It was a consistent output for guys in double figures. It was not all Jaden Bradley. It wasn't.

You had a lot of guys consistently playing big roles in this game. I thought Coa Pete, who continues

to obviously grow and impress,

had one of his best games of the season at Clutch moments, finding him in the paint against

a very good Houston defense, right? I mean, this Houston defense is elite. And you had a freshman

like Coa Pete dropping 21 points on an efficient 7 to 15 shooting
