Without further ado, let's get into today's stories. The first story is an update to yesterday's decision out of Arizona.

That's obviously a pro, but it is almost guaranteed that I'll need to add updates or clarification the next day once I have the opportunity to dig a little deeper, which is fine.

was whether the newer 2022 15-week abortion ban

In fact, the state Supreme Court left the door open in its ruling yesterday for Planned Parenthood to now challenge

the constitutionality of the 1913 ban. So that's a new issue that we will
