Summary
This week, we continue our journey through Rest and Renewal: A Retreat for the Soul with a meditation inspired by Isaiah 60:1 and Isaiah 61:3.
"Arise, shine, for your light has come…"
"You will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord…"
In this gentle meditation, we are invited to breathe deeply, rest quietly in God's presence, and receive the renewing light of God's love. Together we reflect on the places within us that may feel hidden, weary, or waiting—and open ourselves to the possibility of new life gently emerging, like spring after winter.
As you listen, allow yourself to release what feels heavy or finished in this season, and receive the invitation to trust that God is still at work, even in unseen places.
This meditation includes:
Guided breathing and stillness
Reflection on renewal and spiritual awakening
Journaling prompts for deeper contemplation
Closing prayer
Scriptures
Isaiah 60:1
Isaiah 61:3
The Daily Still is written and hosted by spiritual director, Cindy L. Helton. Production and music by SoundGood Media.
