to sit with today, started that company in 2005.

When she sold her company to AOL in 2011, she stayed on as the editor-in-chief, then continued

her entrepreneurial career by founding and inevitably becoming the CEO of Thrive Global.

And she's authored 15 books along the way.

She's a business person that I deeply admire.

Of course, because of the organizational structure she's put into place, but also because

of her thought leadership, Ariana's brilliant and caring.

She's practical and empathetic.

And in a world that really has never felt as politically divisive as today, Ariana has

tended to her career on the right, independent, and on the left.

She even once ran for governor of California as an independent.

It's with that that she's equipped with both the action and communicative skills needed

for effective and desperately needed public discourse today.
