1:01.0	in that we went over Tom's demurr and then Ariana's
1:06.1	declaration in support of her anti-SLAPP motion which we will do a recap of

1:14.4	But this episode is going to discuss other pleadings that were filed and
1:17.8	other declarations and then give the court's ruling on Tom Sandoval's demur and motion to strike.
1:25.0	So we do have some understanding from the court on where they are on the pulse of this lawsuit.
