She operates an executive coaching practice in New York City.

She is an executive coach, a vestige master chair, and she is very insightful and perceptive

and has come to coaching through the management consulting track,

working first with PWC and others.

On her LinkedIn page, she posted a headline.

Helping CEOs make bold moves in an economic downturn. Norma was a guest on episode 1-0-0-5,

moving from black and white to color. She had many different metaphors and I wanted her to come

back here to our podcast. We happened to run into each other at an event called The Keepers of the

Flame in June in Boulder. While we were there, we had an opportunity to talk and she said,

I've been doing some pondering about some things I've learned during the COVID crisis,

something I'd like to call oops and ops. So with that introduction, Norma, what are these

oops and ops? I noticed that in my iPhone, every time I would make a mistake or every time I would

type something that wasn't correct, the auto correct would fix it for me and sometimes in ways

that I didn't like. So for example, I have this abbreviation in my head now for years, opportunities

instead of typing the whole word opportunities, I just go OPS opt. I noticed that every damn time I

did that, the auto correct would change it to oops OPS. So during the pandemic, it came to me,
