He shares some of his journey of learning with the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and the Integral Institute and other coaching schools. We explore Sami's background in IT, physics, and implications for ethical AI. Sami shares one of the great challenges for coaches is to tame their own monsters, and not their ones one challenges or past experience bias or influence with a client.

1:22.8	From 2014 to January of 2022, Sammy was a faculty member of the School of Life, a program that
1:30.4	offers emotional skills training. Today, Sammy is the CEO and owner of KA Consulting,
1:36.8	where he coaches leaders and business executives. He is also the founder of the Integral Institute,
1:43.3	which is an extension of the AQAL model by Ken Wilber. Sammy specializes in leadership development,
1:51.5	leadership in team coaching, coaching training, facilitation and business and management consulting.
