I am speaking today with executive coach Tony Martinetti, who is an executive coach,

author and founder of Inspired Purpose Coaching.

Tony has an MBA from Northeastern University as well as his PCC,

the professional certified coach from ICF. Tony started his career journey into executive coaching

through his early career as a financial strategist with several large companies including

Procter & Gamble, Gen Zine, Vertex and Momenda Pharmaceuticals. He also has experience

in running small businesses including his own financial consulting business, LifeSci.

In 2018, Tony entered the executive coaching industry as the founder and chief inspiration officer

of Inspired Purpose Coaching. Through his coaching organization, Tony works with leaders and

their teams to navigate through change and lock their true potential. Tony helps us fight

clarity in their goals and increase their impact on their organizations. To further encourage

business leaders worldwide, Tony started the Virtual Camp Fire Podcast. He shares powerful lessons

learned for other business leaders in their transformational journeys. He has also published a book

called Cliting the Right Mountain. Well, I love the title by that way. I've always thought that one

of the issues was, is your ladder on the wrong wall. I think the climbing the right mountain

would be even harder because it takes a long time to get back down than a helicopter. So

so one of his issues then is from his book Cliting the Right Mountain to help his clients
