You are listening to Severin Sonson, an executive coach and curator of the

Arctic Coach podcast, where we explore excellence in the art and science of

executive coaching. I am speaking today with guest coach Tim Fulton. Tim is a

small business coach and executive coach, a former Vista's chair of 16 years

from 2003 to 2018, and a cop and foundation fast track program facilitator. Tim

came into coaching through an entrepreneurial career track, co-founding an

internet company that made the ink 500 list, but he later sold to a fortune

1000 company. In 1992 we found a consulting company called Small Business

Matters and this organization has published newsletters and hosted business

conferences and gatherings of entrepreneurs in Atlanta, Georgia. In terms of

formal education, Tim earned his BA in economics and MBA in marketing at

two late university. When I consider Tim's background, we share some similar

experiences such as an interest in economics, entrepreneurship, ink 500 type

growth companies, cop and foundation experience, helping other people grow,

and we both left Vista's chairing in 2018. Tim's continued to flourish and he

recently wrote a book called The Meeting. This book explores the power of

peer groups and I thought speaking today with Tim would be a great addition to

the Arctic coach podcast that seeks to explore excellence and the art and
