| 1:20.0 | Absolutely, absolutely. Well, to get us started, please share a brief overview of your executive coaching practice today. |
| 1:27.0 | Okay, before I start going into that, I'm going to say that I'm an unconventional coach. |
| 1:36.0 | I fell into coaching way, way back before it was even popular and I didn't know I was a coach. |
| 1:44.0 | It's only latterly that I've come to accept that what I do would be classes coaching. |
| 1:51.0 | And why I say I'm not conventional is because my why and why I'm driven is that I believe in challenging the status quo. |
| 2:02.0 | I like to get people to look at things through fresh eyes and with fresh thoughts and try out new things and do them differently. |
| 2:11.0 | And that is what drives me all the time. |
