I'm Andrea. I'm here with Tuttle today, and I'm excited to talk to a great friend of mine. We've been kind of business

partners for a long time but more than that friends and I really respect him a lot. He's my horseshoer,

Eric. Eric Bolding has been in the industry for a long time since way before I came to the States.

He was already shoeing for some big trainers here in the States and not only

raining trainers but he really learned from diversity of of shooers and trainers and really all sorts of disciplines and horse breeds from hunter jumpers to

horse just you know just just a little bit of everything.

Western pleasure horses were a big part of his first part of his career, and then he moved

on to the Rainers.

But I respect the heck out of him.

I think he does a great job, and more than that, I think he's a great person.

He wants to learn, and he wants to win as much as anybody.

He really takes pride in his work takes pride in his horses as he is going to mention to you guys told me before he doesn't

care who wants the horses to him once he starts shooting him there his horses so he feels responsible

for everything that happens to that horse, which is a great thing.

Sometimes it gets a little bit intense in the fact that, you know, we want to make sure that we communicate with each other, with our vet, you know, the whole team is involved.

And that's really what it takes to have a great program, I think.

Having a team around you, between your veterinarian the trainer the horseshoe

and anybody else that's involved there's a there's a good circle of of trust there in communication

and and i think that's one of the strengths of what i've had in my career i've had people around me

that have really helped the program and really took ownership of it and really felt responsible for what's going on.

So I wanted to share it with you guys and I think we've had a really good conversation here.
