Person A says my goal is to make a million dollars this year.

Person B says the absolute minimum that I can make is $1 million this year.

Now, I know it sounds close, but hear me out.

Person B visualizes that this money is already theirs, and anything less than that $1 million is actually like they're losing something they already own.

That's their standard.

So feelings don't really get in the way with that.

We've talked in the past about like when you wake up in the morning and so forth and things like that.

Obviously, I imagine most of us aren't thrilled when their alarm clock goes off at four, five, whenever it goes off, depending

about how early you wake.

But if you just revert back to your standards, it becomes a non-negotiable.

And then you don't really have the choice to think about it.

And when you continuously stack high standard days into weeks and months,

you start to create a life of high standards. So something as simple as one person saying my goal is to make a million and the other saying my absolute minimum that I could make is a million.

You're tricking your brain to think that I'm making much more than a million.
