talk about relapse. Now, for those of you that have been listening for many, many

years, you know I don't typically spend this time with you talking about the

specifics of the disease of addiction. I don't go into your loved ones

suffering. I like to stay focused on you helping you get better. Recognizing

that you are not powerless over this disease that breaking that myth,

busting that lie open and saying actually there's a lot you can do to help

yourself and help your family and help your future. But today I actually am

going to switch a little bit and and I'm gonna go dip my toe into the pool of

addiction and education about addiction because I think it's really going to

help you specifically navigate your future when you love someone suffering
