0:41.9	everyone has to be in the office two days a week,

0:46.5	So I'm just kind of at a crossroads.
0:48.8	Like, I'm not boosted,
0:50.7	I'm trying to figure out kind of the best way to handle this,
0:53.9	especially being so new
0:55.9	into the role, just kind of the best way to go about this.
0:59.5	So, man, I've had this conversation a lot over the last, especially the last year.
