Let me ask you this today, my friend.

Do you ever feel like you're wasting your time?

And I don't mean the fun wasting time, right?

So, vegging out with a loved one on a Sunday ordering pizza and watching movies right wasting time

That's not what I mean in this situation I mean do you feel like you're wasting time, meaning you're in a job you hate, but you think you need it and you've got to stay in it, so you'll spend however many years doing it until there's another option or until you retire. Or maybe you're

around friends who just they don't let you up, you don't enjoy the conversations

anymore, perhaps you've outgrown the friendship.

Doesn't mean you're throwing shade on anybody,

but that friendship just isn't meant for you anymore.

And when you're together with this friend or these friends,

you feel like you're wasting your time you're looking forward to the experience being over

I had this quote once that just oh stabbed me you know something just like stabs you in the heart.

It said, we say we're wasting time, but we're really wasting ourselves.

And I feel that, my friends. I think I don't want to waste myself. No one knows how much time they have on planet Earth. That alone should make us really discerning.

I can tell you learning just to say no and to focus and to

prioritize me and what it is I most desire has taken me everywhere, especially in the last few years.
