Hey guys, it's summertime. It's the perfect time to create your own podcast. Spotify has

0:04.8

a platform that lets you make one really easily, and you can distribute it everywhere and

0:09.4

even earn money all in one place for free. It's called Spotify for podcasters, and here's

0:14.6

how it works. Spotify for podcasters lets you record and edit podcasts right from your

0:19.1

phone or computer, and so no matter what your setup is like, you can start creating today,

0:23.9

and then Spotify will distribute your podcast everywhere that podcasts are available.

0:28.9

And best of all, it's free with no catch. So if you've got a message to get out and

0:33.2

some time to begin, I highly recommend you give it a try. Download the Spotify for podcasters

0:38.2

app or go to Spotify.com for its dashed podcasters to get started.

1:23.7

but I noticed that when I drink a lot of water, I just feel better. And if I go for a very

1:29.9

long time without water, I may not notice it at first, but eventually I'll recognize,

1:36.0

oh man, I just need to drink water. Well, years ago, before I was in the habit of drinking

1:39.7

water, I didn't know that the reason I had a headache was because I was dehydrated, or

1:44.5

the reason I was tired was because I wasn't drinking enough water. I was taking Tylenol

1:49.5

and I was trying to do all kinds of things to get rid of headaches when really what my

1:52.9

problem was was I was thirsty. And just as I learned to listen to my own body, I think this

2:01.0

is a spiritual discipline learning to listen to our own spirit and recognizing, oh man,
