Growing up in upstate New York, I had countless people tell me I was crazy. I’m just a “dreamer”. I could never write a book, be on TV, change people’s lives… And I could have easily let those people be the captain of my ship! But luckily, I said no. I took control of my destiny. And I took ownership of my future and promised myself that I would do what my heart told me to do! Now let me ask you… Are you steering your life the way you want to? 0:54.9	So I'm going to be really personal today,
0:57.2	or personal, I should say.
0:58.6	I hope I'm always personable.
1:00.4	I'm an upstate New York in the little town that I grew up in a little town called Marlboro, New York.
1:05.0	I'm working on a project up here, going to do 60 units, 60 apartments, or at least try on an incredible piece of property on right in the Hudson River.
1:12.6	I'm in a little, uh, if you could see the Hudson River out there, it's cold looking out there,
1:16.6	but it's gorgeous.
1:17.6	This is where I grew up in this little town called Marlboro, New York.
