Well, hey, everybody. How are you guys doing? This is Heidi St. John. Welcome to the off the bench podcast. I'm glad you guys have joined me. I want to talk a little bit about Proverbs 31 today that annoying.

Do it all woman that we've all been reading about since we were knee high to a grasshopper.

In light of the fact that woman face is everywhere in the culture right now and that we see men masquerading around as women.

I want to remind you today that the Bible says that as women and I'm talking about biological women made in the image of God. God has a unique and wonderful plan for you and a heart for you.

Psalms and Proverbs are full of God's declarations of love for you. Proverbs 14 verse one says a wise woman builds her house.

But with her own hands, the foolish one tears it down today. We're going to spend a little bit of time looking at what it means to tear down your house and what it looks like to build it up.

Well, hey, you guys. Before I jump into today's topic, I want to remind you that I am getting ready to hit the road. I will be in round rock Texas a week from today.

And if you've never been to a teach some diligently conference, I'm here to tell you right now you are missing out is a great opportunity to come and be encouraged.

It's a wonderful place for you to meet friends to look at curriculum of an awesome vendor hall. It's just a fantastic organization. And I've been speaking for teach them diligently for quite a few years.

And this year I'm bringing an entirely new set of workshops. I'm really excited about that. Also, I'm going to be speaking for the answers for women conference at the Ark encounter in Williams town Kentucky. That's March 30 through April the first after that. I'll be heading to Anchorage Alaska for the homeschool convention on April 20th.

And then on the 21st and 22nd, I'll be speaking virtually for a conference on grief for grieving parents. And that is called discerning biblical truth. I'm going to have a virtual presentation. It is also an in person conference.

And if you guys are struggling with this in your life or you know someone who is it's going to be a wonderful conference. I'll link back to that in the show notes day April 29th.

I'll be headed to hermentown Minnesota for the homeschool Northland homeschool convention several of you have asked me why that you know why go to a homeschool convention. Listen, I believe and I mean maybe call me old school. But I think we need each other.

And the reason I love homeschool conventions I love it for a well a whole bunch of reasons, but I love that there's sense of camaraderie you're going to find that you're going to learn something maybe that you hadn't learned before you're going to meet other people who are walking the same road that you are almost all of these conferences have tracks for parents so whether you're a new homeschool or you're a mom with multiples or you are homeschooling a high school or maybe you have a special needs child.

Or you just want some encouragement this is the place for you so I want to encourage you guys pay attention to your state organizations look to see when their homeschool conference is at and then go take your kids and go or grab a girlfriend and or two or three and make it a girlfriend's weekend or maybe make it into a marriage retreat.

I know that whenever I go to speak oftentimes I speak on marriage you guys know me because you listen to my podcast I speak a lot on the culture this year out on the road I'm going to be equipping audiences with real world ways to get off the bench and get onto the battlefield to engage in what's happening around you.

I don't feel discouraged I know some of you are discouraged by what you see happening around you I don't feel discouraged because I am seeing more and more and more of God's people beginning to take their rightful place you guys were born.

For this time in history and it's encouraging for me to just watch how much growth we have experienced at mom's during international.

In recent years and for those of you who are not familiar with that this is my my women's Bible study group and I've been writing studies there now almost every month sometimes the the studies will stretch for two months at a time.

But next month starting in April I'm going to be presenting a study that I've been working on for a while called super natural.
