I have some bad news for you here this morning. Good is no longer good enough. If you're

only good in today's fast-moving and ever-changing hyper-flexing world.

Your dead.

Good today equals dead.

Well, what if you are great, you ask.

Well, if you are great, you will survive, but it will be a struggle in today's times. Great used to mean

something it doesn't anymore in a world where everybody is now able to source, build, promote, communicate,

blog, post, tweet, and sell, great is lost in the noise. Great is the new mediocre.

Great equals survival and struggle.

Now the good news to all of this is this.

If you are excellent, you will thrive.

Few will do what it takes.

Invest in what it takes to learn, grow, and improve fast enough.

Most will settle for good or plateau at great. Few will

strive further for excellence. They figure good and great we're good enough

in the past it's good enough for now.

Meeting people's expectations is what it took to collect the money and succeed,

but not any more.

This err in thinking is what will be their ambitious demise.

Excellent equals thriving.
