of thought of this because as you know, if you've listened to my podcast before, I am

the son of an alcoholic father who passed away when I was 15 years old. And I remember

seeing my father drink every single day and slowly, slowly, slowly, over about six or

seven years, slowly start to deteriorate. And I'm going to talk about alcohol obviously

because that's part of it. But I think there's a lot of other things besides just alcohol

that people are not really paying much attention to that are slowly killing them. And people

don't even, they tend to, you know, if say the real issue is over to the left, they tend

to look to the right. So they don't have to actually see the real issues. And they keep

themselves busy so that they don't actually pay attention to what's really going on.

I think this is part of the problem why so many people are so addicted to their phones.

And so they're so addicted to not being bored is because when they get bored, they start

to really, the quiet parts of the mind start to speak up and say, hey, hey, you should probably

stop doing this thing. So, you know, for me personally, there's, there's, I can, I can

explain this in a bunch of different ways because I've said this over years and years

and years. There's things that are slowly killing people. And I want you as I'm going

through this to think, does this connect with me as there's certain things that I might
