Well, it's weird all the time.

What a strange way to earn a living, but here we are. We're doing it okay, I think. It's weird doing it at the moment because our, one of my favorite words is this, but I apologize because it's a bit of a, it's a bit of a long one. Fans of, anyone with assessed quipidalian tendency, stand by for the word the quotidian.

It's one of my favorite words.

Even before it got co-opted by a posh baker's that sits on every street corner in the more salubrious parts of town. But I think it just means every day, the quididian experience. It's so hard to pin down the quotidian. You can tell I was learning poems this weekend, can't you? It's so hard to pin down the Quotidian. You can tell I was learning poems this weekend, can't you?

It's so hard to pin down the Quetidian experience because it's so different still, even after a year give or take of a pandemic, I don't know what your daily experience is like.

So, for example, this morning, my studio, as you may well know, is in London's

fashionable Leicester Square, which is just on the fringes of Soho. And I like nothing more of a morning

in normal times than to stroll through the streets of Soho, sort of smelling the history,

really, and watching the city come to life. If I get into town early early, I go quite far. I stretch

my legs quite far. I head down to the Aldwich and the strand, even to the top of Fleet Street,

just really sort of pounding the pavement to get in the mood for work. But at the moment, it's so

odd. So I nearly fell over. This is hot stuff this. I tell you what? Eat

your heart out North Norfolk Digital. I nearly fell over this morning. We're carrying two cups.

So it would have been awful because if you're carrying two cups, how do you break your fall?

This is big stuff. This is why they pay me the silly money. Seriously. I alert the awards

jewellries. I'm going in. I nearly fell over this morning because of the ice. So all of this

is a very roundabout way of saying if you are going out today, if you haven't been, please be careful.

Because there's going to be pain. And then now is not a good time to go head over heels on the pavement. Because if you were to break a bone or something like that, then you'd be adding to the burdens that the hospitals are facing.

So six minutes after ten is the time. I nearly fell over is the tail. The tail of the tape.
