Super appreciate you as always. Football's going well in your world right now. I got an episode here

for you today. And I have an interview

with one of our accelerator members. Her name is Caitlin Mitchell. And she is the CEO and she's

the co-founder of EB academics. And the reason I want to have Caitlin on to share this interview with

you is this is a topic that so many people that I talk to can relate to.

And my guess is that you're going to be able to relate to this too. Or you might be heading

in this direction in your business. And I want to help you become aware of that because I went through this myself in my business.

And that's this whole thing about asking and stepping back from your business and looking at,

are you running your business? Are you the one running your business or is the business running

you? Because in Caitlin's case, the business was definitely running her. And it was really affecting

her the most important things in her life, the relationships with her husband and her son and

herself, right? And she, not only that, she was thinking about the business nonstop. She tells a

story like, she wakes up in the middle
