Summary
Are you really being productive? We tend to think that the more items that we check off our to-do list, the more productive we are, so we feel obligated to try to do everything and do it well to be "productive." It can sometimes feel like we're a victim to time, but we need to realize that we actually have the power over time. In today's episode, we're talking about shifting your mindset so you can embrace the idea of being enough, changing how we think about being busy, and how having an abundant mindset will improve how you approach your time.
What's In This Episode:
Rethinking busy and focusing on spending our time where it matters most
How you can start being mindful about gifting your time
Permitting yourself to pursue what's important
Start defining your own success right away
The big difference between being effective versus being efficient
