Yes, they're going to be working out very quickly. Yes, they're going to be dieting and tracking their macros, but they're not going to pull any of this off if they're still drinking and doing

drugs. So the first thing I have people do is drop their vices. And that's one of the main aspects that's always

been of my coaching because we're all people who live that type of life. And my people come to me,

they're addicts, they're alcoholics. And do you understand what that type of person is they're a really fucking

driven individual they're an emotional individual they don't know how to control their feelings

as much so they just run to the alcohol they run run to the drugs. I always did.

I didn't have an outlet or a path to walk
