There are three primary concepts of time in the New Testament.

One is a Greek word, cronose.

And it means the normal passage of time.

There's a second word, chyros.

That's the word used in verse 9 in due time.

This has to do with strategic or opportune time.

The word opportunity is tied to chyros.

Chyros is not tic-tac, tic-tac.

That's cronose.

Chyros is a strategic shift in time.

The third concept of time is play rule.

And you will read that in the scripture as the fullness of time.
