This morning Donald Trump announced in a statement.

The Jack Smith, the man who is determined to put him in prison,

had informed him that he will be arrested and indicted over January 6th.

He referred to it as a target letter from Special Counsel Jack Smith,

a confirmed liberal Democrat.

Says that he's the target of an investigation by a Washington-based grand jury,

examining the January 6th NBC calls it a riot,

and efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

Writing, quote,

deranged Jack Smith, the prosecutor with Joe Biden's Department of Justice,

sent a letter.

Again, it was Sunday night, stating that I am a target all caps

of the January 6th grand jury investigation,

and giving me a very short four days to report to the grand jury,

which almost always means an arrest and indictment.

That's what he posted to Truth Social.

He said this effectively means he'll be indicted for a third time

adding that he's, quote,
