How are you doing?

I'm praying that the last episode blessed you just as much as it blessed me.

And I've been meditating on it for a while now.

And really, it just changes my perspective

on how I view my trials and my seasons of life this week we are going to be talking about

toil and achievement and envy and all those things that drive some of us to do what we do right we don We don't want it to be envy. No, no, no, no. We don't want none of that. Okay, so we're just going to crack the Bible open in the book of Ecclesiastes, chapter four. If you have it, open it, if you don't. That's okay. Faith comes by the hearing, hearing of the word of God. So, you can listen to it together.

Ecclesiase chapter 4, verses 4 through 6.

And I saw that all toil and all achievements spring from one person's envy of another.

This two is meaningless, a chasing after the wind.

Fools fold their hands and ruin themselves. Better one handful with tranquility than two handfuls with toil and chasing after the wind. When I first read those

verses, I was like, wow, like this is a real thing. Like, it is crazy that even the word talks about,

you know, like someone's motivation to achieve something springs from one person's envy of another.

That's pretty crazy.

Like, I never thought about it like that and just made me think about, you know, do people really like their motivation is really envying someone else?

It springs from this envy of just like trying to do more or doing better than the other

person, which is really crazy.

But here and doing these verses, I just want to focus on what drive us to do what we do, right?

What is the motivation behind what we're doing?
