I was just about to say, I was listening back to one of the episodes. And I and you, sometimes you, say a lot. And so I'm going to try not saying any fill words. So if you hear me say any fill words, let me know and everybody gets a dollar every time I say, uh. Have you seen the filler words thing? Yeah. It's a thing bubbling up right now. Have you seen the filler words thing? No. People are going back and watching their own videos and counting how many filler words. And I was thinking about it honestly. And like the other day, like the last intro, because I just saw the video and then I came to the podcast and then the last intro, you're, you're guilty. I'm going to pull up a video and track your filler words, but you're very guilty. I say a lot of fill words. We all are. You know what's really interesting?
1:44.9	If you remove the filler words and you just sit there in silent and you wait to think of what you have to say, you just sound more confident in general. 100%. I think it's the art of the pause too. Yeah. Like people don't know how to use the pause. me, I used to just, especially when I would preach the gospel, I would just go like,
2:00.9	like I would be like b, I would just go like,
2:05.0	like I'll be like buster rhyming like M&M twist the status.
2:13.3	But if you take time to pause, you can actually allow your audience to understand you more.
2:15.2	And people will listen to you better.
2:17.2	See, like you just did right now. Nice. I'm going to really try. And every time you guys, it's hard. Yeah, it is. So. Amateur. Done. What do you mean? So. It's so a filler word? Depends. Okay, okay. Um's. Um, uh, okay.
