I was very moved by this clip on social media that I saw from Hodicopi, who is a co-ancha on the Today Show with Jenna Hager Bush. She's a veteran at NBC. I love this woman, everything

she represents. She's so real, so authentic. And she shared this story about when she was going through cancer.

She committed to a work project that she probably wasn't up for, health-wise, but she took it on anyway and it involved some travel.

So she was on the flight and she was in pain, she was suffering, and the person next to her asked, you know, are you okay?

It must have been visible that she wasn't doing well.

And she said, yeah, yeah, yeah, you know, I'm fine, I'm fine, she wanted to just shut the conversation down.

Look, we've all been there, right?

We're going through something.

Maybe it's health, maybe it's something emotional and we just don't want to talk about it.

And this person prompted her again with more questions, asked for a bit more information.

And Hoda ended up opening up a little more saying yeah look I'm going through this

treatment it's pretty rough I don't feel that good today and this stranger said to

her thank you for sharing this with me.

And if I may offer something,

she lent in, she listened.

This person said,

Don't hog your journey.

Don't hog it.

What did he mean by that?

Well, this is the premise of so much of what I teach if you're in five minutes of Amos.
