So at the end of the day, what you have is a situation where the border is untenable.

And I make the assertion with Ted Cruz that I don't think you need to make any moves whatsoever. I don't. As

far as money goes, you have to spend a dime. We keep talking about, we've got Chuck Schumer

today talking about how you can't do any spending on the border

until you include Ukraine as well, which is, in my opinion, stupid.

Although, some on the right say, well, yeah, but if we say we've got to get border done,

or we won't do Ukraine and we do tie them together, we'll make them do the border.
