The scripture is Matthew chapter 25 verse 21, and it says this,

The master was full of praise.

Well done, my good and faithful servant.

You have been faithful in handling the small amount,

so now I will give you many more responsibilities. Let's celebrate together.

The devotional is titled an attitude of excellence and it says this,

the mindset of a dreamer includes an attitude of excellence.

You need to know the difference between your capability, your motivation, and your attitude.

Capability describes your power, what you have the ability to do.
