I'll never forget I took a call on this show not too very long ago, probably in the last

year and a half, two years.

And immediately the woman told me how worried she was about her husband.

He was in a rut, not moving around with any kind of juice, his confidence shattered,

hadn't left the house in a while, had stopped looking for jobs.

There was a period where he had looked and just hadn't had any luck.

He had been laid off and you could tell that she was genuinely worried about him.

And I remember she said something in describing what had happened to her husband and how he

had been acting that had caused her concern and she called me and said, Ken, I need help.

And as she was describing at one point, she said, I don't think he's lazy, but and I remember

in a moment being instantly provoked to say the following.

And I cut her off and I said, man, can I tell you something?

I don't think your husband is lazy.

I think he's lost.
