Welcome to Fearless. I'm your host, Sissy Graham Lynch. And I just want to say, thank you. I don't take it lightly that you take your own personal time to listen to Fearless. There have been so many of you that have sent notes of encouragement, even on social media or through my website. And I just want to say thank you. Those encouragements go a long way. And I was just

recently in Tennessee watching my daughter play volleyball and somebody came up to me and said that

they listened to fearless and that they were so grateful.

And that was just much needed encouragement in that moment.

So I just want to say thank you.

I'm very careful with my time with you, who I put on fearless, because I'm grateful for your time.

And here I just always want to be discerning with those words that I say here that the Lord's given me the ability to say.

Let me be vulnerable for a moment. I have really been struggling with the time I spend on my phone.

And I know I'm not alone. I know this is affecting all of us that I can pick up my phone

and not even realize I'm scrolling. And your attention span goes by so

fast. You don't have a lot of attention span when you're scrolling on a phone. I even think

that's affected me studying scripture. I've caught myself in the last few weeks like scrolling and skimming scripture.

And I think it's because it's how my brain has been trained scrolling on social media.

But it has been a constant conversation.

And even a battle in my home that how do we beat this?

Because I realize that we spend so much time on it.

That's not a newsflash anybody.

We all do, and we all know we're struggling with it,

but the constant voices that we are hearing.

And we're in this time of information,

and whether we realize it or not,
